2. Unloaded pushups: green+red - 40 reps
3. 16 kg OA press: 5 + 5

2. 17 kg KB OA press: 5 x 2 per arm

3. MegaRep pushups. 2 green bands, 100 reps, 7 minutes.

I have the impression that double KB jerks help with shoulder pain.

2. 2 x 16 kg Jerks. Repeated intervals:

5 reps on 30 sec/rest to "rest + 2" minutes x 4 series
